If you are an agency using VisitOMS, your organization may act as the data controller for end-user data, and VisitOMS may act as a service provider/processor depending on your agreement.

- Account & contact information: name, email, phone, organization name, role (admin/provider/parent), login metadata.
- Service data: information entered into the platform by agency users (e.g., scheduling data, notes, progress/skills tracking, documents uploaded to the organization’s workspace).
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken in the app, device/browser information, approximate location (e.g., IP-derived region), logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: small files used for session management, preferences, and analytics (where enabled).
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the VisitOMS service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts (including session controls and fraud prevention).
- Process requests, support inquiries, and operational communications.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. If you use VisitOMS through an agency, requests may need to be routed through your organization as the account owner/controller.

7) Children’s privacy
